Metpow is pleased to announce the launch of its new Self-Service Payment Kiosk, giving holiday parks, marinas and leisure operators another convenient way for customers to manage utility payments and account balances on-site.
Designed to work seamlessly alongside the Metpow platform and customer app, the kiosk provides an additional self-service option for guests and berth holders who may not have access to their phone, have not yet connected to site Wi-Fi, or simply prefer to manage their account in person.
Customers can use the kiosk to:

The new kiosk helps operators enhance the customer experience while reducing the time spent handling payment queries, account top-ups and utility-related administration.
Fully integrated with the Metpow platform, the kiosk ensures account information, balances and payments are synchronised in real time, providing a seamless experience across both the app and on-site touchpoints. It is available in wall, floor and desk mounted options.
