Metpow Referral Programme: Terms & Conditions

Effective from: June 2025

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Metpow Customer Referral Programme (“Programme”). By participating, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • Only current Metpow customers with an active monthly subscription are eligible to participate.

  • Referrals must be new to Metpow (i.e. not previously in contact or in trial) and must complete onboarding and payment to qualify.

2. Referral Discount

  • For each successful referral, the referring customer will receive a 10% discount on their current Metpow monthly subscription.

  • This discount compounds with each referral (i.e. 10% off the current discounted price, not the original subscription amount).

  • Discounts are ongoing and retained only while both the referring and referred customers maintain an active subscription.

  • The discount is applied monthly for 12 consecutive months, beginning from the date the Referee signs a Metpow contract and becomes an active paying customer.

  • The discount only remains active while both the Referrer and Referee retain active Metpow subscriptions. If either party cancels or pauses their service, the associated referral discount will cease.

3. Definition of a Successful Referral

A referral is deemed successful when:

  • The referred site has signed a subscription agreement with Metpow

  • The referred site has paid their first monthly invoice

  • The referred site was not already in conversation with Metpow

4. Discount Application

  • Discounts are applied monthly from the month following confirmation of a successful referral.

  • Discounts are automatically removed if either the referring or referred customer cancels or pauses their subscription.

  • Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Limits

  • There is no upper limit to the number of referrals a customer may make.

  • Metpow reserves the right to review and approve all referrals before applying discounts.

6. Promotion of the Programme

Participants may share the programme through personal and professional networks. However:

  • Mass email, paid advertising, or misleading claims about Metpow are prohibited.

  • Metpow reserves the right to revoke participation in cases of misuse or abuse.

7. Changes to the Programme

Metpow reserves the right to modify or terminate the Programme at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect discounts already being applied.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
